Refund & Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

General Conditions: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Oriscura Coffee: For food safety reasons, coffee cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened.

2. Full-Body Moisturizing Suit: For hygiene and personal care reasons, the suit cannot be returned after the seal is broken or it has been used, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Defective Items: We bear all shipping and replacement costs for defective products.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after product inspection.

Shipping & Delivery

Scope: We ship within the UAE, GCC countries, and soon globally.

Delivery Time: UAE (1-3 business days), GCC (5-10 business days).

Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
